Immigration Amendment Act No 13 of 2011

IMMIGRATION AMENDMENT ACT 13 OF 2011: Date of commencement: to be proclaimed Inserts s 9A, substitutes ss 13, 23 & 35, repeals ss 24 & 46, and amends the Preamble, ss 1, 4, 7, 9, 10, 10A, 14, 15, 19, 21, 22, 26, 27, 29, 30, 43, 49 & 50 and substitutes the word 'permit' or 'permits', wherever it occurs in the Immigration Act 13 of 2002, with the word 'visa' or 'visas', as the case may be, except in cases where reference is made to a permanent residence permit; and there is an amendment effected by any of the sections of this Act, excluding this section; the words 'temporary residence permit' or 'temporary residence permits', wherever they occur in the Act, with the word 'visa' or 'visas', as the case may be; the word 'condition' or 'conditions', wherever it occurs, with the words 'terms and conditions', except in cases where the phrase 'terms and conditions' or 'terms or conditions' are used; and the words '21 years' with the words '18 years'.
